Free delivery when you spend HK$100 or more. A HK$25 delivery charge is applicable to purchases under than HK$100.
Delivery will be arranged within 10 working days after the order has been confirmed. (**Working days are not included Satursdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)
All orders will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability. In any case if no one is available to receive the delivery, order(s) will be returned to our warehouse, therefore re-delivery fees $25 will be applied.
All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and reserve the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested is unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfil any of the products or services in your order, we will notify you by phone or email before delivery.
The delivery service is only available in Hong Kong. There is no overseas delivery.
Delivery will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect or such other weather conditions whereby delivery is considered unsafe.
