Situated at an altitude of 2,300 meters, Iris Estate is one of the highest coffee estates in Panama and all of Latin America. This extraordinary estate was established in Volcán in 2017 by the Savage team, with the vision of pushing the boundaries of coffee production and exploring uncharted territories in processing.
